Iliem Lys, the new project by bassist/composer Emilio Giovanoli, bridges the gap between seemingly disparate sounds, drawing inspiration from the worlds of songwriting, electronic music, and experimental music. The songs explore themes related to the gray areas and fringes of everyday life. “Foreshadowing,” the first single composed, produced, performed, and mixed by Emilio Giovanoli himself, was released on June 12, 2026, on the Safe Port Production label. The release was accompanied by two solo live performances, at the Safe Port Production studios and at the Mòlon Festival. The release of the first EP is scheduled for late 2026.
